1. Acceptance

By using Attend75, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, stop using the platform.

2. Service Description

Attend75 is a free attendance tracking tool for college students. It fetches data from your college portal using credentials you provide. Premium features (push notifications) are available via a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be a student with valid college portal credentials. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Free & Premium Tiers

• Free: Attendance tracking, notice board, marks, timetable, StudyMe — always free.
• Premium (₹19/month): Push notifications for notices, attendance alerts, class reminders, daily/weekly digests. Billed monthly via UPI autopay through PhonePe.

5. Payments & Billing

• Premium is billed at ₹19/month via UPI autopay mandate.
• Payment is processed by PhonePe Payment Gateway.
• By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your UPI-linked bank account.
• You may cancel anytime. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate portal credentials
• Do not share your Attend75 account
• Do not use the platform to harm your institution's systems

7. Limitations

• We depend on your college portal's availability. If the portal is down, data cannot be fetched.
• Attendance data accuracy depends on what the portal reports.
• Push notification delivery depends on your device and browser support.

8. Intellectual Property

Attend75's code, design, and branding are owned by the developer. Your personal data belongs to you.

9. Termination

We may suspend access if terms are violated. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Disclaimer

Attend75 is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% data accuracy. We are not responsible for academic decisions made based on displayed data.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
