Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Attend75 offers a premium subscription at ₹19/month via UPI autopay for push notification features including real-time notice alerts, attendance warnings, class reminders, and daily/weekly digests.

2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the app (Profile → Premium → Cancel).
• Upon cancellation, your premium access continues until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
• After cancellation, your UPI autopay mandate is revoked and no further charges will be made.

3. Refunds

• No refunds are provided for completed billing cycles.
• If you are charged after cancellation due to a processing delay, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
• If a payment fails and no service was activated, no charge is retained.
• For duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions, contact us within 7 days at irfanxcodes@gmail.com for a refund.

4. Grace Period

If a recurring payment fails (insufficient balance, mandate expired), a 3-day grace period is provided during which premium features remain active. If payment is not resolved within 3 days, premium access is deactivated.

5. Free Tier

The core attendance tracking, notice board, marks, and study features remain free. Only push notifications are a premium feature. Cancelling premium does not affect your free tier access.
