1. About Attend75

Attend75 is an independent student-built platform for attendance tracking. We are not affiliated with any college or university. Website: https://attend75.xyz

2. Information We Collect

• Portal credentials: Roll number and password used to fetch your attendance from the college portal. Guest mode: password exists only in memory and is never stored. Firebase-linked mode: password is encrypted (Fernet/AES) and stored for background access.
• Attendance & marks data: Scraped from your college portal on your behalf. Displayed to you and not shared with third parties.
• Push notification subscriptions: Browser push endpoint URLs stored encrypted for delivering notifications.
• Payment information: UPI transactions processed by PhonePe. We store transaction IDs and status for records. We never see or store your UPI PIN or bank details.
• Usage analytics: Feature usage counts, login frequency, device type. No personal content is tracked.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Display your attendance, marks, and timetable to you
• Send push notifications (premium feature) about notices, attendance, and classes
• Process subscription payments via PhonePe
• Improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Payment processing is handled by PhonePe under their own privacy policy. No student data leaves our servers except to the college portal (for scraping) and to your browser (for display/notifications).

5. Data Security

• All data transmitted over HTTPS
• Passwords encrypted with Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC-SHA256)
• Push endpoints encrypted at rest
• Server hosted on Oracle Cloud with restricted access

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Notification history: auto-deleted after 90 days
• Payment records: retained 365 days for dispute resolution
• Account deletion: all associated data is deleted upon request

7. Your Rights

You can request data deletion by emailing irfanxcodes@gmail.com. Your account and all associated data will be removed within 7 days.
